Well equipped apartment (optional air conditioning) in a residence with swimming pools and a big green zone.
Well kept, it has a double bedroom (2 single beds + closet + way out to the terrace) and a cabin with bunk beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, an open-plan kitchen leading to the bright living room with sofa-bed and direct way out to the furnished terrace (table, chairs, sunblind, ceiling fan) and views onto the community green zone and swimming pool.
It is part of a holiday residence with 2 swimming pools (adults and children), tennis wall, basketball track, green zones, playground, elevators and a bar-restaurant with a Wi-Fi connection (down the residence).

Ideally located, close to Salou's beautiful sand beaches and creeks such as Playa Llarga, Playa Capellans and Playa Llevant with its beautiful maritime promenade, this apartment stands in the animated centre of Salou where you'll find all kinds of facilitie and activities such as the famous theme park Port Aventura.
This area is animated due to the many bars, pubs and nightclubs close by but the apartment is turned onto the interior of the residence.

The city offers all sorts of activities for tourists, the famous theme park Port Aventura, one of the biggest in Europe. Its equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the holiday places within the country. The touristy area well animated is located northwards, the paradise of the young holiday makers; families tend to appreciate the south of it which is more like a little village. There are about 8 beaches and creeks of sand connected with a long path line of palm trees.

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
