Bright apartment with a large terrace in a holiday residence with community swimming pools and green zones, in the animated centre of Salou.
This apartment, cute, counts with a double bedroom (2 single beds which can be put togetherto get a big double bed) as well as a cabin with bunk bed at the entrance of the apartment (it can be kept separate from the rest of the apartment with a curtain), a complete bathroom, renovated, with a large shower, a living room with sofa-bed, open-plan kitchen and direct way out to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) with overall view onto the streets in the centre of Salou.
This apartment, on the sixth floor (elevators), is bright and equipped for you to spend a comfortable stay.
It is part of a residence that stands in Salou's very centre, with community swimming pools (adults and children), children playground, tennis wall, basketball track, green zones and, on the ground floor of the residence, a bar-restaurant with a Wifi connection.
The swimming pool is available from 20/06 to 15/09 and there is a lifeguard.
Close to the beautiful beaches and fine sand creeks, such as for example Playa Capellans, Playa Llarga and Cala Llenguadets, and in the most lively centre of Salou's resort, this residence allows to reach, in a few minutes walk only, Salou's main long beach, Playa Llevant, with its Jaume I maritime promenade, beach huts, children playgrounds, fountains, shops, restaurants, etc …
On the spot you'll find available all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, etc … ) and, a few minutes only from there, the famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks.
This is an animated and rather noisy area due to the many bars, pubs and nightclubs standing in the streets around.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.
You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura and Ferrari Land theme parks.
Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.
The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers with many restaurants, shops, bars and nightclubs, and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards; much appreciated by families, there are many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the Renfe train station, the local market, markets on Monday, etc …
There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to a long pedestrian track, “Camino de Ronda”, going all along the ledge and leading to the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, with palm trees, fountains, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants, etc ...

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
