Bright apartment with overall view in a big holiday residence with community swimming pools and green zone, standing in Salou's centre, close to the main beaches and shops in the resort.
Functional, this apartment counts with an independent bedroom with double bed, storage closet and way out to the terrace, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a cabin with bunk beds and a curtain at the entrance of the property, and a pleasant living room with sofa-bed, television, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with a washing-machine, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, big frisge-freezer, as well as an American bar with work surface.
From both the living room and bedroom you get out, thanks to wide picture windows, to the furnished terrace of the property with table, chairs and overall view onto the swimming pool and gardens of the residence.
This apartments provides you with many household appliances, storage furnishing, and makes it possible for you to get, as an optional service, the air conditioning (installed in the living room).
However, this apartment being on the sixth floor of the residence, you just have to open the windows and let natural fresh air run through all the apartment.
It is part of a big holiday residential complex, completely fitted out with two beautiful swimming pools (one for adults with an islet and one for kids), a playground with swings and slide, green zones with lawn and high maritime pine trees, a tennis wall, a basketball track as well as a mini-golf.
There also are elevators, a watchman by the pool from June to September, caretakers, a little bar-restaurant with Wifi connection on the ground floor of the residence and a little medical centre just next to it.
The swimming pools are available from 23/06 to 13/09.
In the very centre of Salou's animated area where you'll find all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, etc …), this residence stands near some of the most beautiful beaches in Salou such as, for example, Playa Capellans (400 metres) with restaurants, bars, children playground, beach hut in the sand, and Playa Llarga (450 metres) with a huge pinar, beach hut, water activities, etc …
Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, is located about 800 metres from there with its long Jaume I maritime promenade where you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, ice-cream makers, playgrounds, beach huts, etc …
You can walk there using a beautiful footbridge which was fitted out a few years ago by the ledge, “Camino de Ronda”, or passing through Salou's main shopping street (Avenida Carlos Buigas).
This is an animated an noisy area due to the many bars, pubs and nightclubs to be found in the streets around.

- the quieter district of “Cap Salou”, on Salou's ledge, in a more natural frame and environment, with pinars and creeks which are connected to Salou thanks to a beautiful pedestrian path “El Cami de Ronda” going all along the sea.
10 minutes from Salou, you'll find the beautiful cities of Tarragona and Reus, nice to discover for their architecture and numerous shopping streets, as well as the seaside resort of La Pineda with its Aquopolis water park and the seaside resort of Cambrils with its pretty fishing and sailing port.

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
