Bright and functional apartment in a holiday residential complex in the very centre of Salou with swimming pools and green zones.
The apartment, on the sixth floor (elevators) is well equipped; it counts with a double bedroom (2 single beds + way out to the terrace), a cabin bedroom (1 single bed), a complete bathroom with bathtub and a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen and direct access to the furnished terrace (table, chairs) with beautiful views onto the community swimming pools and green zones.
Standing in a holiday residential complex with 2 swimming pools (adults and children - available from 15/06 to 15/09), tennis wall, basketball track, green zones, elevators as well as a bar-reataurant with a Wi-fi connection standing on the ground floor of the residence. In the very centre of Salou, it stands close to all kinds of facilities such as restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets... as well as to the most beautiful beaches and creeks in Salou (Playa Llarga, Playa Capellans...). Salou's main beach, with its maritime promenade, palm trees and fountains, stands only a few minutes from there as well as the famous Port Aventura theme park.
Touristic Licence : HUTT-001458.Salou is a renowned seaside resort located 100Km South from Barcelona, and is 10km from Tarragona and its cultural patrimony. The city offers all sorts of activities for tourists, the famous theme park Port Aventura, one of the biggest in Europe. Its equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the holiday places within the country. The touristy area well animated is located northwards, the paradise of the young holiday makers; families tend to appreciate the south of it which is more like a little village. There are about 8 beaches and creeks of sand connected with a long path line of palm trees.

We were very well received by the agency, the residence is very well maintained and the apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, but unlike the ads on the site, it is more frequented by groups of young people than families. Many of the incivilities noted, loud music and late, barbecue on the balconies, do not respect the work of the staff who maintain the common areas and others. I do not recommend it to families with young children.
