Economic apartment, pretty ancient, in a quiet and family residence standing in Salou's centre, close to the beautiful fine sand beaches.
This apartment, well laid out, stands on the fifth floor of the residence (elevators).
Functional, it counts with two bedrooms, the first one with a double bed, a big storage closet and French doors to have direct way out to the terrace, and the second one with bunk beds, as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub.
There also is an equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, cooktop, etc... , little table and window, and opened to the living room where you'll find a relax area with sofa-bed and television, a dining area with a big table and chairs and a way out.
Indeed, wide French doors allow to get to the apartment's large corner terrace, covered and furnished (table, chairs and sun beds), from where you have a nice overall view.
Equipped to host up to 6 people and comfortable, you have in this apartment kitchen equipment, fan, as well as a satellite TV with a few French and foreign channels.
If you wish, it is possible to book a private parking spot in a residence standing closeby (subterranean parking spot), this with an additional fee.
Ideally located, in the centre of Salou, close to all kinds of facilities and activities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, games rooms, beaches, children playgrounds, etc...), the beautiful beach Playa Capellans , with bar, restaurant, playground, etc..., stands only 200 metres from the residence.
You also have an easy and quick access, walking, to the other beaches in Salou, such as for instance, the long main beach of Playa Llevant with its Jaume I maritime promenade where you'll find beautiful fountains, children playgrounds for the youngest ones, beach huts in the sand as well as many different shops and restaurants.
The famous Port Aventura theme park, recently named best theme park all over Europe, is only a few minutes drive from the apartment.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.
You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.
Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.
The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.
There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to a long pedestrian track, “Camino de Ronda”, going all along the ledge and leading to the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, lined with pine trees, palm trees and fountains.
