Apartment on the ground floor of a pleasant family residence with community swimming pool, close to the beach and to the centre of La Pineda.
This apartment, completely renovated not long ago and very well maintained, is functional.
It counts with 2 double bedrooms, a first one with bunk beds, chest of drawers and storage closet, which leads to the second bedroom with double bed and storage closet, as well as a beautiful complete bathroom with a big Italian shower plate.
There also is a beautiful living room with sofa-bed, television, music device, dining area with table and chairs and a beautiful open-plan kitchen with a big fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop and washing-machine.
Large French doors in the main room allow to get out to a private terrace, covered and furnished (table and chairs), from which you directly access the swimming pool, which makes the children's supervision easier.
This apartment, renovated with taste and especially comfortable. The residence makes available to you an area to park bicycles and outside a comunitary parking area without private spot.
It is part of a quiet family residence, very close by feet to La Pineda's long fine sand beach with beach huts in the sand and a beautiful maritime promenade, ideal to stroll, go for a walk or ride and practise roller-blade.
About 500 metres from the centre of La Pineda's seaside resort where you'll find all kinds of facilities and leisure activities: restaurants, chill-out bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists... as well as the Aquopolis water park and the Aquum Spa centre of the Estival Park complex.
Only a few minutes drive from the residence, you get to the quiet area of Cap Salou, with a preserved natural frame, beautiful fine sand creeks and its fitted out footbridge allowing to reach the centre of Salou where you can stroll on the long Jaume I maritime promenade and go have an incredible day at the famous Port Aventura theme park.

Cap Salou is a quiet and family residential area with little shops (bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus stops...); it benefits from some of the most beautiful beaches and creeks in Salou.
Salou is the Costa Dorada's tourist capital, about 100 kms. South brom Barcelona, 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony classified by the UNESCO. You'll find there all kinds of facilities and leisure activities such as the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest all over Europe.
