Tenants wished: families.
Two-storey standing villa, well equipped and fully air conditioned, to be found in a family residence with a community swimming pool. On the first floor, you'll find all three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms and you're also made available an additional independent toilet on the ground floor. The independent kitchen, modern and completely equipped, leads to the large living room, bright, with its direct way out to the furnished private terrace (table + chairs + barbecue).
Standing in a fenced family residence with community green zones and swimming pool, about 800 metres from the large fine sand beach, this house is only about 1 km from the centre of Creixell, a small village called the watchtower of the Costa Dorada due to its great panoramic views.
Optional cleaning service: 20euros per hour.
Optional bed linen: 54 euros/week.
Check-out: between 9h00 and 10h00.

Touristic licence: HUTT000438Creixell is a small village of Costa Daurada called " The viewpoint of Costa Daurada", due to its panoramic view. Its situation offers 20km of soft sand beach combinated with a virgin mountain land to practise hiking in famous places such as "Rutas dels Massos". In the village you can find a castle of 11th century. The village of Torredembara is just at 4 km further with its summer activities ( bars,discos, restaurants, nautic port ...) and is just 30 kms from Salou with its famous theme park Port Aventura.
