Tenants wished: families.
Air conditioned studio, well equipped and kept, with a cabin bedroom (2 single beds) and a nice furnished terrace with a sunblind and lateral views onto the beach.
The residence is very enjoyable; it has children playground and a large community surveyed swimming pool - the latter is available from 24/06 to 15/09.
With its privileged location, on the beachfront, in front of the maritime promenade linking Salou to Cambrils, where you can go walking, cycling or roller-blading, it is ideal for you to have a great stay with your family.
Close to there, you'll find all kinds of facilities : restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists...
You'll be only 5 minutes from the famous theme park Port Aventura in Salou, recently named best theme park all over Europe. Cambrils is a seaside resort suitable for families, located 100Km South from Barcelona, 5Km from Salou and the theme park Port Aventura; it is known for the quality of its equipped beaches, its typical fishing harbour, its gastronomy, and its long promenade with many French tourists who return year after year. The touristy area Vilafortuny is located northwards with its little shops in front of the sea, and southwards stand the residential areas of Tarraco and La Llosa.

Apartment very good and very well located for the pool and beach, however if you do not find a parking avoid this apartment because 4.8 € parking meter to put every 4 h because blue zone and offenders passes from 10 to 22h and even with the application on smart phone coverage 4 or 5 g malfunctions and impossible sometimes to put tickets and fine of 11 and 7 € ......
