Studio with cabin and terrace inside a residence with pool and playground located on the beachfront of Vilafortuny-Cambrils.

The bright studio is distributed in a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed that has sliding panels to privatize the bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub where the washing machine is located too, an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) opens onto the living-dining room furnished with a dining set, double sofa bed, television and large windows to access the terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views of the pools and side views of the beach.
To extend the comfort the rent includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Located on the third floor with elevator in a pleasant residence whose communal area has a relaxation area with grass, picnic area and playground under the pines, it also has outdoor showers and beautiful guarded swimming pools (adults and children) with direct and private access to the beach and the promenade.

Apartment very good and very well located for the pool and beach, however if you do not find a parking avoid this apartment because 4.8 € parking meter to put every 4 h because blue zone and offenders passes from 10 to 22h and even with the application on smart phone coverage 4 or 5 g malfunctions and impossible sometimes to put tickets and fine of 11 and 7 € ......
