Tenants wished: families with or without children
Studio with cabin and air conditioning, standing in a beautiful family residence with a large swimming pool on the beach front in Cambrils Vilafortuny.
The property has been completely renovated to be as functional as possible with a furnished living room with a double sofa-bed, a cabin with bunk beds and sliding shutters, a modern open-plan kitchen as well as a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine.
In the living room, there is a picture window allowing direct access to a furnished terrace (table + 4 chairs and rolling sun blind) from which you can see the community area with the swimming pool and, the sea, on one side.
This apartment, very well maintained is bright thanks to stands on the fourth floor with elevators.
It offers a big closet with mirror at the entrance.
Well equipped with the linen (sheets and shower towels) included,you can ask for the air conditioning ( 24 € per week) and for a private parking spot, more or less 300 metres from the residence (63 € per week), both available as optional services.
Final cleaning will be managed, after your check-out, with the fee of 50 Euros unless the apartment is left clean and tidy.
It is part of a family residence with a big surveyed swimming pool with a children's area, a children playground and picnic area under high pine trees.
It has a privileged situation, on the beach front, just before a large sand beach and maritime promenade which goes all along Vilafortuny's beach front to link Cambrils to Salou, perfect to go for a walk or ride.
The watched beach outside the residence has been completely fitted out with showers and little bars and restaurants with terraces, sun beds and sun shades installed in the sand.
All facilities are available on the spot, close to the residence and all along the Avenida Diputación, the coastal road to get to Salou or Cambrils: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, leisure activities, children playgrounds, bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, bike renting, etc...
This little apartment is perfect for couples and families who wish to enjoy the joys of the beach and swimming pool, in a peaceful environment, and make the most of the closeness to animated tourist centres.
Please know that Catalonia now applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16. and limited to 7 nights

It has been known for long by French tourists for the quality of its fitted out beaches, its little port, gastronomy and its long maritime promenade allowing to reach, by the beach front, the famous resort of Salou.
Salou is a very tourist seaside resort which offers all kinds of activities among which the famous Port Aventura theme park, one of the biggest ones all over Europe.
Its festive reputation turned it into one of the most fashionable seaside resorts all over Costa Dorada and Spain.
Northwards stands its very animated centre, a real paradise for young holiday-makers abdm Southwards, the urban centre, more appreciated by families, with the Miramar maritime promenade to reach Cambrils.
It counts with 8 fine golden sand beaches and creeks, linked to one another thanks to a recently fitted out footbridge called “El Camino de Ronda” and the Jaume I maritime promenade, lined with pine trees, palm trees and fountains.

Apartment very good and very well located for the pool and beach, however if you do not find a parking avoid this apartment because 4.8 € parking meter to put every 4 h because blue zone and offenders passes from 10 to 22h and even with the application on smart phone coverage 4 or 5 g malfunctions and impossible sometimes to put tickets and fine of 11 and 7 € ......
