Air conditioned studio with pretty terrace in a holiday residence with swimming pools and many activities, standing in the very centre of Salou, close to its fine sand beaches.
This studio, equipped to host up to 4 people, is functional with a double sofa-bed (130 cms) and two single sofa-beds (pull-out system : 2x60 cms) which can be put together, a TV area, an open-plan kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave and much storage as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub and washing-machine.
There is, in the main room, a wide picture window which, in addition to making the studio especially bright, allows direct access to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) with views to the community area of the residence and lateral view onto the swimming pools.
Comfortable and equipped for a pleasant stay, this apartment counts with storage areas, the main household appliances (washing-machine, fridge, microwave...), a television, and includes the air conditioning and the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels.
There is, in the residence, a Wifi Internet connection available for all tenants (prices and subscription at the reception desk of the residence).
This studio stands on the second floor (elevators) of a very complete holiday residential complex where you'll find a big swimming pool with a pool for adults and a smaller one for children, outdoor showers, sun beds and sun shades but also many other activities such as, for instance, a snack-bar facing the swimming pool, an Internet room with computers, a games room with billiards, pinball and other games, and a restaurant room (buffet – prices available at the reception desk).
Ideally located, in Salou's animated and lively centre, this property stands close to the resort's most beautiful fine sand beaches : Playa Capellans with restaurants, beach hut and children playground, about 400m from there, Playa dels Llenguadets, quieter, about 450 metres from the residence and Playa Llarga (500m) with its long fine sand beach and successive little creeks, a beach hut, water activities and an incredible Mediterranean vegetation.
This residence also is located a few minutes walk only (800m), by the sea front or walking through Salou's main shopping street (Avenida carlos Buigas) from the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, iconic in the region, with its long fine sand beach Playa llevant, beach huts, children playgrounds, sports tracks … , beautiful fountains as well as countless shops and restaurants.
There is absolutely no need to use your car to enjoy Salou, its beaches, activities and all kinds of facilities are within hand reach : restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, public transports with bus stops a few steps from the residence and regular lines to the closeby resorts, as well as to Reus and Tarragona, etc …
The famous Port Aventura – Ferrari Land theme park is nearby and you can get there either by car, by bus, with the little tourist train or even by feet.
Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid for on check-in, of 1 Euro per person aged more than 16 and per day, yet limited to 7 days.

- The most animated area where you'll find music bars and nightclubs “el centro turístico”, at the end of the bay, after Salou's Llevant district.
- The urban centre, “el pueblo” in Salou's Ponent district facing the sailing port, along both Jaume I and Miramar maritime promenades, where most people live all year long.
- the quieter district of “Cap Salou”, on Salou's ledge, in a more natural frame and environment, with pinars and creeks which are connected to Salou thanks to a beautiful pedestrian path “El Cami de Ronda” going all along the sea.
10 minutes from Salou, you'll find the beautiful cities of Tarragona and Reus, nice to discover for their architecture and numerous shopping streets, as well as the seaside resort of La Pineda with its Aquopolis water park and the seaside resort of Cambrils with its pretty fishing and sailing port.
