Air conditioned studio with pleasant terrace in a completely fitted out holiday residence with swimming pools and activities, close to Salou's beautiful beaches and in its very tourist centre.
This studio, bright and well kept, is functional.
It counts with a living room where you have a double sofa-bed, a big flat screen television, dining area with table and chairs as well as a direct way out, using a wide picture window, to the furnished terrace (table and chairs) from where you have an overall view onto the street downwards, onto the residence's swimming pool and onto a large park with high pine trees.
There also is an open-plan kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, a complete bathroom with a bathtub as well as a cabin area with two single beds.
Well equipped for a comfortable stay with the air conditioning included, you also can get, as an optional service, the Internet Wifi connection, available with the fee of 25 Euros per week.
This studio stands on the fifth floor (elevator) of a very complete holiday residential complex where you'll find a big swimming pool with a pool for adults and a smaller one for children, outdoor showers, sun beds and sun shades but also many other activities such as, for instance, a snack-bar facing the swimming pool, an Internet room with computers, a games room with billiards, pinball and other games, and a restaurant room (buffet – prices available at the reception desk).
Ideally located, in the centre of Salou's animated area, close to all kinds of facilities (restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, chemists, etc...) and to three of the most famous fine sand beaches in Salou (Playa Capellans, Playa dels Llenguadets and Playa Llarga), this residence stands only a few minutes walk, either by the seafront (Camino de Ronda) or by the main shopping street in Salou (Avenida Carles Buigas) to the famous Jaume I maritime promenade with its large fine sand beach, beautiful fountains and its countless shops and restaurants.
The famous Port Aventura theme park stands closeby and you can get there easily by car, by bus, with the tourist little train or even walking.
Please know that Catalonia now applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check-in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.
You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.
Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.
The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.
