Air conditioned apartment, ideally located only 3 minutes walk from Salou's beaches and from its two maritime promenades, fitted out for walks and rides.
Very functional, this property counts with an independent bedroom with 2 big single beds (105 cms), a completely equipped kitchen, opened to the living room, a little terrace facing the latter and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
The spacious and air conditioned living divides into a furnished sitting room with two sofa-beds (one individual and one double) set up facing the television and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs just before the kitchen in order to create a comfortable space. From the living room, a wide picture window allows direct way out to the little furnished terrace with a table and 2 chairs.
Standing on the fourth floor with elevator, in a quiet and family residence, this apartment is bright.
Well maintained and completely equipped with household appliances, much storage furnishing, etc … , it includes the air conditioning and offers the possibility to rent the linen and therefore travel light.
In Salou's urban centre, where you'll find the local market, opened everyday, and main shops, it is indispensable to precise that it stands only 3 minutes walk from Salou's two longest beaches.
Calle Barcelona is an important shopping street which starts from the sailing port with its Nautic Club, and connects Salou's main beach, “Playa Llevant with free Wifi connection”, lined with the famous Jaume I maritime promenade, and Playa Ponent with the Miramar maritime promenade to reach Cambrils.
Both maritime promenades, Jaume I and Miramar, for walks and rides, are prettily fitted out with palm trees, fountains, children playgrounds but also shops, restaurants, stores, etc … and chill-out bars installed in the sand.
At the end of the Jaume I maritime promenade, starts the famous “Camino de Ronda”, a pedestrian footbridge which grants exceptionnal walks to go and discover Salou's coast and creeks.
Closeby, you'll also find the Port Aventura theme park, taxis and bus stops with regular 24-24 lines, the train station, as well as Salou's more animated centr, Northwards, with many bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
