Beautiful independent villa with private pool in the Chianti Classico area, just a few kilometers from the town of Panzano in Chianti. The house sits on 3 hectares of land, with a very large garden at guests' complete disposal. A renovated farmhouse, the villa has 2 floors, with a few different levels inside. The interiors are comfortably furnished. The location is very panoramic, tranquil and within easy distance of all the Chianti Classico towns and important cities such as Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano.
Access to the property is via a 2 km section of unpaved road in good condition.
Distances: Panzano with shops of all kinds 2,5 km away, the Chianti area (with the towns of Greve, Radda, Castellina, Gaiole, etc.) is within a 25 km radius of the house, Florence (airport) 35 km, Siena 40 km away, Volterra 65 km, Arezzo 75 km away, Pisa (airport) 105 km, Lucca 115 km away.
At guests' disposal: completely enclosed garden, private pool in panoramic location (12 x 6 m- minimum depth 1,2 m, maximum depth 1,5, m open from 01/05 to 30/09), Jacuzzi hot-tub for 5 people, gazebo (4 x 4 meters) near the pool, outdoor shower (with hot water obtained from solar panels), stone barbecue, 2 separate outdoor areas equipped for dining al fresco, ping pong table, indoor gym with exercise bike and various equipment, table soccer.
Extra services: 2 baby beds available free of charge. Maid service available EUR 10/hour (to be paid locally). Catering available for lunches or dinners at the property. It is possible to rent bicycles at a store with special rates.
Pets are permitted at a fee of EUR 80/animal (to be paid locally).
