Between Monbazillac and Saint-Émilion, this completely renovated 17th century mill is a wonderful holiday home with a garden and salt water swimming pool (56m2, available from April 1 to October 31, and heated free of charge if necessary) in 5 ha of peaceful nature. Six spacious rooms are divided between the three floors and the 500 m2 of the house. The large living-dining room on the ground floor, the TV/DVD room on the 1st floor and the very large attic recently converted on the 2nd floor (home cinema with large 120x180 screen, 1 TV, DVD, billiards and table football), allow a friendly atmosphere without constraints. The bedding in the rooms is very comfortable. Rooms 1 and 2 are equipped with a double bed (160 and 180 cm wide), room 3 with two single beds. Rooms 4, 5 and 6 have single beds, which can be combined to form a large double bed. In the kitchen you will find an induction and a gas hob. Ping-pong, board games and books (in French and English), ipod reader are available, as well as 4 bicycles (2 for men and 2 for women). 6 km away, the small medieval town of Eymet offers entertainment, shops and restaurants. Many places to visit in the region. 20 km away, the magnificent natural golf course (27 holes) of Château des Vigiers. ATTENTION: this house must not be rented with children who cannot swim (old mill surrounded by water).
