Situated on a beautiful flat plot with good opportunities for ball games and other outdoor activities, this spacious and comfortable log home offers plenty of space for two families. In the large 45 m² living room, there's plenty of light from the window overlooking the terrace. The living room has a sloping ceiling and is furnished with sturdy, high-quality pine furniture. Connected to the living room is the bright kitchen, equipped with every conceivable tool. There are two large bathrooms, one of which has a Jacuzzi and access to the sauna. The walls are bright and there are vinyl floors and underfloor heating. On the grounds is a sandpit of approx. 25 m².
From the house, you have access to a wilderness pool for 6 people, heated by fire.
To the south of Muslingebyen Løgstør lies Trend Strand. Trend is known for the royal family's hunting lodge, and is part of an area that has been a local favorite for decades. Few places in the country offer such good conditions for surfers, and the proximity of the "Rønbjerg" resort with all its facilities and magnificent water park makes the area attractive to many holidaymakers. Take the ferry from Rønbjerg to the car-free town of Livø and see the seals. Visit the Stone Age Museum in Ertebølle and discover the impressive three-length medieval monastery of Vitskøl, dating from 1157, known among other things for its large herb garden and the ruins of its church. Or enjoy a round of golf on one of the many beautiful courses just a few kilometers away.
