In TROUILLAS, a typical catalan village between Perpignan, Spain and the beaches Argeles sur Mer and Canet, new beautiful single storey and detached villa equipped for 6 persons. This well-kept and tidy house has been tastefully accomodated by the owners. It comprises the day quarters with a spacious living room opened on the outside by partition pictures windows, an independant fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom and toilets. Well separated, the night part including 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms for children/teenagers and a parental suite with dressing room and direct access to outside, 1 bathroom with a big basin, Italian shower and bath, independant WC. All the bedrooms have got air conditioning.The highlight is definitely the outstanding outsides.The villa is nestled at the end of a residential area and at the edge of a gorgeous aoks forest. Nicely planted and lawned so that you really feel at the country!!! Very near however, you've got all amenities available together with a lot of touristic activities. The beaches are 20 mns away.
