The residence that has been obtained from a portion of a convent which dates back to the mid 19th century, lies in a strategic position in the northern coast of Sicily just a short distance both from the town of Cefalù, well known for its beautiful Norman Cathedral, and from the seaside (abt 800 m accessible by car). From the complex guests can enjoy a particularly beautiful view on the fortress of Cefalù and of the Eolie Isles in the distance. Thanks to the skilful restoration work the property, which is divided into 7 apartments and 2 bedrooms, is a place where guests can breathe the atmosphere of the past times. The property consists of the villa, of a detached building facing the courtyard where the apartments PALAMARA TORRETTA, FRANTOIO, FRASILVIO, CANNIZZI and SCALE are located and of a third building where is apartment PALAMARA CARBONAIA. Available to the guests is a garden with typical Mediterranean plants and palm trees and a shared swimming pool (10x16 depth. 0,8-2,9)(01/04-15/10). Each apartment has central heating and hairdryer. Baby bed to be requested at the moment of booking and to be paid on the spot (10 euros/week). Shared laundry room. Wi-fi internet connection upon payment.
