This comfortable holiday home (divided into 2 apartments) with swimming pool is located in the hills of Corsanico, 12 km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Massa and Forte dei Marmi. The holiday rental is spread over one floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room. The garden, designed to be able to eat outside, is for common use with the owners, who live in the other part of the house. You can go for a walk through the olive trees of the 9000m² plot next to the garden, and taste the high quality Tuscan olive oil. The region is ideal for enjoying the beaches of Lido di Camaiore (21 km) or Viareggio (31 km), from where you can take the ferry to admire the fascinating Cinque Terre area. From there, take the oil and wine trails to Lake Massaciuccoli (40 km), perfect for bird watching and discovering the ruins of the Roman baths. 63 km from the Apuan Alps, ideal for climbing, where you can also taste culinary specialities such as "Lardo di Colonnata" (cold meats). Spend a good time in the Grotta del Vento cave, and go down to a depth of 90m. Art lovers will appreciate Lucca (46 km) and Pisa (47 km), with Piazza dei Miracoli.
