Recent air conditioned villa with a semi private swimming pool, in a quiet and family environment, with easy access to the beautiful beaches in the region.
This is a semi-detached house, spread out on two levels, very well maintained and especially functional.
On the first floor, it counts with 2 beautiful double bedrooms, the first one with a double bed and big storage closet and the second one with pullout bed, storage drawers and an extra single bed allowing the bedding of a fifth person, as well as a complete bathroom with bathtub.
For more peace of mind, there is a protection for kids up the stairs allowing way down to the ground floor where you'll find a beautiful independent kitchen, completely equipped with a big fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc..., a complete bathroom with a shower ans a pleasant living room with dining area and corner sofa.
A picture window in the living room allows direct way out to the pretty furnished terrace, entirely fitted our with table, chairs, ceiling fan, sofa, kids furnishing, a big stone barbecue with work surface (direct view onto the swimming pool) and from where you get directly, using a little private gate, to the semi-private swimming pool, to be shared with the twin house.
The neighbour house's landlords tend not to stay there much.
This villa is very comfortable and has been fitted out for you to feel like home; it includes the ñinen (sheets and shower towels) as well as the air conditioning, with one device on each floor, but also complete household appliances, quality furnishing, and a parking area in the private alley by the house.
If you want, the Wifi Internet connection is available as an optional service.
Ideal to relax and make the most of the many activities available in the area, by the sea (water activities, theme park, water park, walks by the beach, etc...) or further in the land (mountain bike, horse-riding, hiking, visits, etc...), this villa is very well located: only 3 kms from the centre of the village of Mont-Roig del Camp where you'll find all kinds of facilities (supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, children playgrounds, etc...), it allows to reach in just a few minutes the beautiful beaches in the area (Miami Playa – Mont-Roig Badia – Cambrils).
About 15 minutes from the famous Port Aventura theme park in Salou, it stands 10 minutes from Cambrils with its little port, shopping streets, parks, etc... and 5 minutes from Miami Playa with its long beach called “Playa Cristal”, lined with a beautiful maritime promenade, and its preserved creeks, this house is located in a dead-end street where your children can play safely.
This property is perfect to combine, with your family, relax, cultural visits and outdoor activities.

The residential area od “Club Mont-Roig” is a wooded residential area standing between the seaside resorts of Cambrils and Miami Playa and the village of Mont-Roig del Camp where you'll find all kinds of facilities: supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, children playgrounds, chemists, etc...
A few minutes only from the beautiful creeks in Miami Playa, preserved and with fine sand and crystal water, you're only about 10 minutes from Cambrils, very charming seaside resort, where you'll find beautiful fine sand beaches, a little port, pretty shopping streets as well as many shops and restaurants.
Just a little further North (about 15 minutes from the house), stands the seaside resort of Salou, mostly known for its famous Port Aventura theme park, beaches, maritime promenades, festive atmosphere and its countless shops and restaurants.
