A 38m² 2 rooms apartment, made for 6 people; on the 2nd floor (there is a lift) facing south and north with a balcony. it's located in preyerand area, near slopes. superette and ski shops in the residence. to join the centre of the resort, cable cars work until 11 pm. in the bathroom, there is a bath and the toilet is separated. the kitchen is equipped with an oven, and micro-wave. to sleep, there are 2 bunkeds, 1 single bed and its truckle bed in the living-room. in the bedroom, there are 2 single beds. be careful, high beds are not allowed to children less than 6. the residence has been built in 1970. collective heating. for the car, there is an outside public car park, free of charge. non smoker apartment.
