Pretty air conditioned studio with cabin in a very nice family residence, with a big swimming pool and children playground, standing on the beachfront in Cambrils Vilafortuny
The apartment has been entirely renovated to increase its functionality and provide more comfort.
It has a living room with a double sofa-bed and television, a cabin with a double bed, rolling pannels and a sliding door, an open-plan kitchen with a big fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooktop and many cupboards, a complete bathroom with bathtub and washing-machine as well as a storage closet with mirrors in the corridor of the hall.
A wide picture window in the living room allows way out to the beautiful covered furnished terrace (table + 4 chairs) from where you have lateral view onto the swimming pool and sea.
Well equipped with the air conditioning included, it is bright and well maintained and stands on the second floor of the residence, with elevators.
This is a quality studio which benefits from a privileged situation, facing the beach and maritime promenade in Cambrils Vilafortuny, in a beautiful family residence where you'll find a big surveyed swimming pool with two areas (adults and children), a playground and picnic area in the shadow of maritime pine trees.
Just in front of the big sand beach and pedestrian maritime promenade (with cycling track) which goes all along the sea front in Cambrils Vilafortuny, this residence allows easy and quick access, either walking, by bike or driving, to the more animated centres of Cambrils and Salou.
The beach has been well fitted out with showers, little bar-restaurants with terraces, sun beds and sun shades installed in the sand as well as many playgrounds for the little ones.
All kinds of facilities (supermarkets, beach shops, cafés, restaurants, etc …), services (chemists, bus stops, etc …) and many activities (mini-golf, little fun fair, trampolines, etc …) are available on the spot and all along the Diputación Avenue, coastal road set up to reach either Salou or Cambrils.
This is the perfect studio for couples or families who wish to enjoy both the beach and swimming pool, in a quiet residence yet close to the animated tourist centres.

It has 8 fine golden sand beaches and creeks, connected to one another with the long Jaume I maritime promenade and the fitted out “Camino de Ronda”.
