A 24m² flat, made for 4 people; on the 8th floor (with a lift), facing north without balcony. it's located in preyerand area, near slopes and some shops. to join the centre of the resort, free cable cars work until 11 pm. in the bathroom, there is a bath, and the toilet is not separated. the kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven. to sleep, there are 2 bunkbeds in the living-room. there is another place to sleep separed from the living-room with a curtain, where we find 2 bunkbeds. be careful, high beds are not allowed to children less than 6. the residence has been built in 1970. collective heating. outside car park free of charge. non smoker apartment.

The apartment is very well located and very easy to access. It is ideal for a family of 3 people sleeping in the same room. All the household appliances are present and in good condition. The nearby shops and the ski slope in front of the door make this apartment a little nugget!
