An old recently restored farmhouse, divided into 5 apartments, one of which is owner-occupied, located on a hill just outside the small town of Lari (Castle of Lari/Pisa), with a typical Tuscan view of the vineyards and olive groves. Ideally located near Pisa, the property allows you to enjoy the sea between Castiglioncello and Versilia and visit the main cities of Tuscany, then discover San Gimignano, wine, alabaster, tufa and truffles. The property has a large terraced area, with an olive grove and a meadow where, in common with the guests, there is a large wisteria covered arbour adjoining a small house equipped for outdoor meals (barbecue), a swimming pool (10x5m; depth 1.30m), a Jacuzzi pool (6x2m; depth 0.70m) (13/04-12/10 hours 8am-20pm). The owner, passionate about history and archaeology, as well as a sommelier and a perfect knowledge of the region, will be happy to advise the guests if they so wish. Washing machine in common. Included in the price: wooden basket for the fireplace. Central heating. Parking. ATTENTION: For bookings of less than 7 days, a supplement of 60 euros on the total price of the booking is required. Arrivals must take place between 5pm and 8pm (in case of arrival after 8pm, a supplement of 50 euros will be applied). Any arrival outside the scheduled hours must be reported and agreed in advance.
ACCOMMODATION: 1°St: (access by an external staircase): living/dining room with fireplace (TV), cooking area (freezer, American-style coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and double sofa-bed. Going up a step you reach the night area with 1 double bedroom overlooking the valley, 1 bathroom with shower. Terrace in front of the apartment, equipped with a small table and chairs.
