Between the Mediterranean Sea and defer Catalan country, in a small Catalan village, inside of a country house, this holiday cottage is equipped for 4 people with its garden and its privative swimming pool! The rest of the house is not occupied during the rent. This holiday cottage has around the swimming pool of a well equipped stay / cooking, 2 independent rooms and a shower-room with Italian-style shower and toilets.Outside you can enjoy a nice garden, a shadowed terrace planted with a mulberry tree, including garden lounge, deckairs, barbecue, petanque ground and a large swimming pool without outlook! The house is fully accomodated with a nice "countryside" decoration. It looks authentic like the typical farmer's houses in the aera, surrounded by peach trees. Such an ideal place to relax and to discover the region. Not to be missed: pleasant walks, local markets, wines roads, sightseeing in Castelnou Castle, the Orgues of Ille sur Têt, the lake of Vinça (accomodated beach) the historic heart of Perpignan and of course beaches and Spain. NB: on request, 4 bicycles for grown-ups can be available. You will love it!!!
