18th-century, Leopoldo-style farmhouse situated in the Arno Valley just 16 km from Arezzo. The house is independent and offers a large garden (1000 m2) with private pool. Recently renovated, the villa has large indoor and outdoor spaces, with original old farmhouse characteristics. The property is composed of the main house that sleeps 12/14 people, and a guest house (just a few meters away) that sleeps 2. The house's location is within easy distance of central Tuscany's most famous towns and cities (Arezzo, Cortona, Florence, Siena, etc.). The Milan- Rome train line runs about 250 meters away from the property.
Distances: Laterina with food shops 5 km away, Castiglion Fibocchi with shops of all kinds 6 km, Cortona 46 km away, the Chianti Classico zone (Gaiole, Radda, Castellina, etc.) is within a 35- 55 km radius, Florence 70 km away.
At guests' disposal: large garden with saltwater pool (14 x 7 m- minimum depth 1 m- maximum depth 2,4 m- open from 15/05 to 15/10) reserved for guests' exclusive use, outdoor shower (hot and cold water) in the pool area, barbecue and wood burning oven. The villa offers an indoor hall with small gym, ping pong table and table soccer. Free WI-FI internet access. An elevator connects the ground and first floors.
