The apartment has 90 m2 and it is ideal for couples with or without children. There are two bedrooms with two single beds available. The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. There is AC in bedrooms and living room.
This cosy and modern apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a nice balcony with a table and four chairs. From there you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The balcony is located next to the entrance. Furthermore, there is a interior small courtyard with two chairs for sunbathing.
The bright living room is the perfect place to read a book, surf the internet (WIFI), watch TV (satellite), or have a nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need during your holiday. Moreover, a washing machine and an iron with ironing board. Please note that pets are not allowed.
The resort of Cala Sant Vicenç is romantically situated by the sea and surrounded by the mountains. There are three coves: Cala Molins, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara, all three very nice with clear water and fine sand. In Cala Sant Vicenç you will find a small supermarket, souvenir shops and some nice restaurants.
For larger purchases, and a wider gastronomic and leisure offer, it is best to drive to Pollença or Puerto de Pollença. You can reach both places in about 15 minutes by car. The village of Pollença used to be popular with painters and artists. This influence is still felt today and gives the place a unique flair. During the summer months, there is always something going on in Pollença and you can visit art exhibitions or go to concerts and festivals. In the charming main square, you can recharge in one of the numerous bars and restaurants and watch the hustle and bustle. Don’t forget to visit the Romanesque bridge and the small church of Calvari mountain. You can reach the church climbing 365 steps! However, the effort is rewarded with spectacular views of the city and the surrounding countryside.
In Puerto de Pollença there is a harbour where there is a mix of luxurious yachts and colourful little fishing boats. The promenade is particularly beautiful, it has a varied gastronomic offer and invites you to linger. In Pollença and Puerto Pollença are numerous shops. On Sunday is market day in Pollença, on Wednesday in Puerto de Pollença, and you will be able to find fresh local food.
