Blaunit is a wonderful village furnished and equipped in a modern way but in a traditional stone-made mallorcan house. Its thick walls isolate it from the high temperatures outside having the perfect atmosphere inside for summer days.
It is a two-storey house and has a garage in the basement. It counts with a big and light-filled kitchen, living and dining room area, an office and a toilet in the ground floor and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a library with a terrace in the 1st floor.
Outside there are 2 dining places, one is located under the porch together with a chill out area fitted with sofas to relax and read, from which you can admire Mount Galatzó and also see the really fancy hotel Son Net. The other one has a barbecue under a pergola with vines and creepers, right next to the pool where you will enjoy watching the young ones having fun and swimmingjust delight yourself with a fresh summer dinner.
The private swimming pool, that measures 9 x 4 meters, has the traditional mallorcan style. There is also a solarium area with sunbeds and it is surrounded by a garden with native plants, fruit trees and aromatic plants that give off an enchanting fragrance in the evenings. The hundred-year old olive tree is in the middle of the garden. The house is equipped with everything you could need for a perfect holiday: washing machine, dryer, 3 smart TVs, DVD player, WIFI, air conditioned, oven, microwave, thermomix, dishwasher, etc.
The property is located in Puigpunyent, a small village looking south, which stands in the Serra de Tramuntana, a mountain range which was declared World Heritage by Unesco. Puigpunyent is the right place to be if one is very active and wants to do some hiking, cycling, walk in the countryside, etc. There are two bicycles in the house for our guests to use.
