Welcome to Rosalía! This modern apartment in the center of Can Picafort offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The apartment with a size of 102 m2 is ideal for couples with childrenfriends. Both bedrooms count with a double bed. There is 1 bathroom with bath tub.
The apartment is located on the 2th floor; there is no elevator in the building. Enjoy a large breakfasta pleasant dinner on the balcony overlooking the common pool. It is equipped with a table with chairs for up to 4 persons. Are you a sun lover? There is a roof terrace of 95m2 with 4 sun loungers and lovely views over the urbanization and the countryside. Enjoy a refreshing bath in the common pool (chlorine) with a size of 10 meters x 5 meters. There are no sun loungers by the pool. In the living room with its modern sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good bookjust enjoy your free time. There is one air conditioning system in the living area and 2 fans for the bedrooms. The kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: toaster, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed. There is no private parking but you could park for fee on the side road of the apartment.
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollençaother directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only 700 meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down the street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffeetea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdiathe other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By carbus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de AlcúdiaPuerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffeea snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don
