Welcome to Can Picafort and to our nice apartment. This fully equipped apartment in the center of Can Picafort offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The apartment with a size of 100 m2 is ideal for couples with children or friends. One of the bedrooms counts with two single beds, the other bedrooms are equipped with double beds. There are two bathrooms with bath tub. One bath tub is a small one for children. We supply one hair dryer. A baby’s bath tub is on request.
The apartment is located on the 2th floor; there is no elevator in the building. Enjoy a large breakfast or a pleasant dinner on the terrace, accompanied by views to the sea. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for up to 4 persons. In the living room with its sofa you will pass a pleasant time reading a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI) or just enjoy your free time watching television (satellite TV). There is also a dining table with chairs for 6 persons. The apartment offers air conditioning in the corridor and we are pleased to supply fans for the bedrooms if required (on request – please ask before). The independent kitchen offers you everything you will need for your holidays: microwave, kettle, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, refrigerator-freezer, fruit press, high chair and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. Pets are not allowed.
For cold autumn nights, we supply 2 electric radiators. (If you need more, please ask before) Furthermore, there’s a fireplace in the apartment. We left also toys for your children and books for every age in the apartment.
This apartment offers a home away from home, with a Mediterranean flair in one of the nicest and most visited zones of Mallorca. Don't spend your holidays somewhere - make your holidays an unforgettable experience!
The location of the apartment is perfect because you have everything you may need in walking distance: the sand beach, a big variety of restaurants, snack bars, a pharmacy, a drug store, shops, supermarkets, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Palma. The fine grained sand beach is only a few meters away from the apartment; you just have to walk down a small street. The beach is perfect for toddlers because the swell is moderate and the beach slopes down gently into the water.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffee or tea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia or the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia or Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee or a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
