The apartment is 120 m2 and it is ideal for couples with children or little groups of friends. It has 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed), 2 recently remodeled bathrooms with shower. There is no AC at the apartment but we can supply fans if you need them.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-storey building. Enjoy a nice breakfast o dinner in the front terrace (12 m2), where you can relax in the sofa, or in the back terrace (32 m2), which has a table with 4 chairs. In the living room with AC there is a table and chairs for 6 people; lie down in one of the sofas and enjoy a relax holiday surfing the Internet or taking a nap. The kitchen has everything you may need during your holiday: microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, etc. Of course, there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, as you can walk everywhere: sand beach (80 m), restaurants and bars, pharmacy, shops, supermarkets, taxi rank, surgery, bus stop, etc. The bus frequency is every 15 minutes towards Puerto de Alcudia, Can Picafort and other directions as Palma. The beach is just down the road and it is perfect for children due to its shallow waters and gentle swell.
In Puerto de Pollença you will find any kind of restaurants: fresh fish and meat, pizza, tapas and traditional Majorcan food. If you only want to have a snack, you will find bars and ice-cream shops in the promenade! You will be able to find shops, souvenirs and groceries and supermarkets.
Nearby Puerto de Pollença there are other beaches that are worth to visit: Playa de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina or Puerto de Alcúdia. You will love to visit the town of Alcudia, with its cobbled streets, churches, squares and the old wall that surrounds the town. It is a good place to stop for a stroll and a drink in one of the bars. The local market has place on Tuesdays and Saturdays and there is a lively environment. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins of Pollentia!
