This apartment is on the second floor without elevator. A roof terrace has astonishing views over Alcúdias Bay and features a barbecue, table with chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol. In total, two neighbors have access to this rooftop terrace, but each has its own area and equipment.
The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV has a large window where you'll enjoy amazing views over the Mediterranean and the sea promenade. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob to prepare your favorite meals. Ideal for long stays, there's a washer, iron and ironing board. If you visit us during the winter, the apartment has central heating. Both bedrooms come with two twin beds each and the bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.
The accommodation is on the sea promenade, a lively place during the summer and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine grained sand beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasol or practice water sports. A 10 minute's walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia's and Pollença's old town, the natural park of S'Albufera or the Caves of Campanet. A car is not essential, but very recommended if you're planning to explore the island.
Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
