Welcome to Son Ramon! This cozy villa located in the countryside, in the central part of the island offers the comfort of a house that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
The spacious two-storey house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It’s just perfect for families or groups of friends because it has space for 10 people. All the bedrooms are equipped with double beds and count with air conditioning. Three of the bathrooms are en suite, two of them with shower cabin and one of them with whirlpool shower. The bathroom downstairs that is not en suite has a shower cabin too. The whole house counts with air conditioning and central heating.
The atmosphere of the villa is warm and it has rustic details that make the difference. It’s an excellent choice for relax seekers. In the living room you will have a pleasant time while reading a book, watching TV (satellite TV) or either listening to music with the CD player. There is air conditioning in the living area. The adjoining dining area, in the same room, counts with a rustic wooden table and seats for 8 people. The open-plan kitchen in this room is equipped with everything you could need for cooking during your holidays: coffee machine, microwave, toaster, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and much more. Obviously you can also find washing machine, iron and ironing table. Outside the house there is space to park at least two cars. Pets are welcome!
The exteriors of the house are beautiful: have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax. The porch is furnished with a table and 12 seats to have cool dinners in the summer nights. The area surrounding the swimming pool counts with 10 sun beds. The salt pool with a size of 6 meters x 10 meters is private.
The house is only 5.5 km far from Muro, where you will find most of the things you will need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc.
In only 20 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipality of Alcúdia
