Located in the quiet urbanization of Son Serra de Marina and very close to the beach, this beautiful home will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
This modern, 2-storey row house with a size of 90 m2 is ideal for families with children. Both bedrooms count with double beds and are located on the 1st floor. There are no air conditioning systems in the bedrooms, but we are pleased to supply fans for the bedrooms, please ask. The bathroom with bath tub is situated on the 1st floor.
Step outside to the private terrace (size 8 meters x 4 meters), bask in the sun on one of the 2 sun loungershave a pleasant meal under the sunshade. The terrace counts with a small area of synthetic turf. The kitchen has access to another, small balcony where you can see the sea in the background. It is furnished with a small table and 4 chairs. You have also free access to the common chlorine pool with a size of 8 meters x 3 meters and the shared garden area.
The living room has access to the big terrace and offer a quiet corner to read a book, watch television (satellite TV)take a nap. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you may need for preparing your feasts: a toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen appliances, microwave and a fridge. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There is no private parking, but you could park for free on the side roads and in front of the house. Pets are not allowed.
As the row house is located in the center of the urbanization Son Serra de Marina, the house has direct neighbors. You reach the natural beach area of Son Serra de Marina in only 100 meters. There are no big hotels, no crowds of people during the high season and no traffic noise
