Location: holiday village located on the shores of Lake Serre-Ponçon, idyllic setting. About 5 km from the pleasant village of Chorges / 25 min. from the ski resort of Réallon and 35 min. from the resort of Les Orres.
Services offered in these resorts: ski lifts, equipment rental, training, snowshoeing, sledging, etc.
In winter, stay at Le Clos de l'Ecrin du Lac for a weekend (3 nights, from Friday to Monday), a midweek (4 nights, from Monday to Friday) or a week (7 nights, arrival day free except on Sunday).
Facilities: family holiday estate with reception and laundry.
In summer: sale of bread, bar with terrace and panoramic view (from early July to late August), snacks, TV lounge, multi-purpose room.
Sport and leisure (in summer): outdoor swimming pool (open from early June to mid-September depending on weather conditions) with beach and deckchairs, entertainment, sports activities (multi-sport slab), aquagym, petanque, beach volleyball, mini club for children aged 5 to 12, evening entertainment.
Accommodation: luxury apartments with large living room (flat screen TV) and air conditioning, lounge and dining area, wood stove (wood sales on site in winter), modern kitchen fully equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, senseo... Apartment with a capacity of 6 people maximum: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. 2 bathrooms with shower and/or bath, separate WC. Large terrace with furniture and panoramic view.
Supplements to be paid on site: complete linen kit (bed linen and towels / optional): 16€/person/week (change mandatory every weekend). Rental of baby bed and chair: 20€/room/stay. Laundromat. Boat pontoon rental in summer season (70€/week). Final cleaning (79€/mandatory). 2 pets accepted max per accommodation (30€/animal/stay). Wifi available without supplement in the accommodation. Wifi in other areas: 23€ per week for 2 connected devices, 33€ for 2 weeks.

Be careful, the prestige apartments are very good.( It was ours). On the other hand, the studios for 4 (rented by our family) are dilapidated, especially the bathroom and kitchenette (worthy of the 1970s)

The view from the apartments is splendid, directly on the lake. It is necessary to be in good condition because the domain is very steep. The nautical activities of the Lake are done in other places of the domain. At the end of the estate, there is a path that runs down to the lake and a small pebble beach where it is very quiet.

Very nice apartment with a breathtaking view on the lake of Serre Poncon small downside on the cleanliness the pillows are to change as well as the broom that can not have function without brush!!! The sheet kit is not great the sheets are not clean and moreover perforated !!!
