This family house with private pool, jacuzzi and valley view is located in the park of Vejo, 14 km from Rome. Guests have at their disposal a large equipped outdoor area with barbecue for outdoor meals. Attractive, tasteful furnishings. Bedrooms have private bathrooms (two with shower, one with Jacuzzi) and TV. Bedroom 3 has a sofa bed and an open gallery (average height 2 m) with double bed. The location of the house is ideal for a relaxing vacation and for exploring the Lazio region: Rome (25 min train ride, train station about 8 km away), Lake Bracciano, the Castelli Romani, the ancient hamlets of the Colli Albani and the magnificent 16th century villas are waiting for your visit. In half an hour by car you can reach the beautiful beach of Fregene (about 30 km). The house has a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity and a biomass system for the production of hot water and heating. Golf course Olgiata 10 km, the thermal baths of Tivoli 60 km away.

It's not a prestige rental at all. The inside of the house is nice, it's big. But the outside is not worthy of a so-called prestige rental as you announce in the title. The outside reception area was not filled when we arrived. Dirty so we didn't fill it. We had to install the garden furniture ourselves. Plastic tables and chairs, some ready to break...
