This charming villa counts with 4 bedrooms, ideal for families with children or groups of friends. One bedroom is situated on the 1st floor, is fitted with a double bed and offers fantastic panoramic views over the town and the countryside. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The bigger one with double bed is very spacious and counts with an adjoining living area with a sofa and a desk. The third one is equipped with an extendable bunk bed, perfect for 2 children. (Please have a look at the photo for a better understanding). The last bedroom comes with a single bed. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we are pleased to supply fans.
The house is a semi-detached property, but has its own entrance; also the pool and garden are private. The villa and its garden with flowers and plants is a green oasis in the middle of the small town Selva. Of course the old big tree in the garden is a pleasure. The neighbors can
