Holiday villa for 6 people, with large private swimming-pool and garden, in a small town of Provence.
Large family house of 220m2 offering 3200m2 of garden, located 2km away from Régusse, a small southern French town, and offering a great starting point to explore the surrounding nature, while enjoying modern comfort and privacy in a typical Provencal style.
Location:
Régusse is a quiet town located in the Var, South of France, and holds today remains of a castle built in the 12th century by the Templar knights. Several activities await you there and nearby : from cultural visits to antique fairs and music concerts, or sport challenges ranging from mountain biking to fishing, in the Lac St. Croix, which leads into the canyons of the Gorges du Verdon.
Indoors:
This large house can accommodate 6 people and is composed of a combined living/dining room, provided with a cosy fireplace, furnished in a rustic and practical manner and with large French windows leading to the terrace, a fully-equipped typical Provence style kitchen, 3 bedrooms all provided with wardrobes (2 of them have an access onto the terrace), a large bathroom equipped with all amenities necessary to a familys comfort, and guest toilets.
Outdoors:
The terrace, the garden and the large swimming-pool are visible from almost all rooms of the house. The terrace is partially covered with an awning, and is furnished and equipped as to allow you to prepare and enjoy meals in the open. The garden is held largely as a natural property, but you will find excellent places for ball games for example. As the property is fully enclosed, the safety of all is ensured.
It is allowed to smoke in the house.
Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenants.
