Beautiful large modern house on 2000m2 plot with private swimming-pool and no vis-à-vis. Located in the countryside and yet near all amenities, you will be enchanted by the calm of this house! The sound of cicadas and birds will be your alarm clock.
Location:
Situated within close range of Avignon, you will have a large choice of activities, ranging from enjoying the surrounding countryside to discovering the southern French cultural heritage. The famous beaches of the French Riviera are 100km away, while the river Ceze is a short ride away. And Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Nimes will also gladly receive you.
Indoors:
Angel can accommodate 6 people and is composed of a comfortable living room furnished with taste, a fully-equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms 2 of them provided with their bathroom, and a third independent bathroom.
Outdoors:
The outdoor space will bring you peace and harmony. The lush garden is dotted with trees and flowers and is fully enclosed, thus ensuring your pets safety. The large swimming-pool is surrounded by a loan and equipped so that youll be able to relax and sunbath, while hearing the chatter of the fountain. The pool house will allow you to enjoy meals in the open.
