Independent holiday apartment in Rosia for 6 people (possible of 8) with a great swimming pool with a Jacuzzi - shared with 4 other apartments. The Apartment is beautifully decorated and the property ground is ideal for a holiday in the sun.
Location:
The property is situated on a panoramic location with a fantastic view over the village of Rosia. The area invites you to take a walk in the surrounding countryside and the small village, where you have the possibility to experience the authentic Italian atmosphere. You are not far from both Siena and Florence, two famous Italian cities, where sightseeing, shopping, and city life can be experienced.
Indoors:
The apartment has its own separate entrance. The decor is stylish, comfortable and kept authentic due to its modernity. The kitchen offers all the facilities needed to self-prepare meals. The large living room offers both dining area and sofa corner and from here there is access to a bathroom with a shower.
A staircase leads up to the top floor where you find the apartment's 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin. On the upper floor are also two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub.
Outdoors:
Beautiful location, which offers a large swimming pool with Jacuzzi. The pool and the entire plot are surrounded by beautiful plants that bloom all season. The location has a panoramic view over the village. Each apartment has its own private furnished garden near its entrance. Theres is internet available at the reception and by the pool.
Check-in between 16:00-19:00.
Check-out: before 10:00.
Note: Heating is only available during the period 1st Nov. until 30th April and will be at the charged on the spot according to prevailing daily rate.
