Alcudiola offers 120m2 of space tastefully furnished and equipped with all the modern comfort needed on a 4.500m2 plot featuring a well-maintained garden, and offering a lot of privacy. This holiday house is ideal for those who seek quiet and relaxing holidays.
Location:
The house is situated just 10 km from the sea, and about 5 km from all town services such as shops or restaurants. Within close reach will be a choice between visiting small yet captivating villages, touristy spots on the coast, or the natural park of S’Albufera for nature lovers.
Interior:
This ground floor house offers a very large combined living space consisting of a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a large dining table, and an open kitchen with a small dining table. There are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a twin bed (on request it is possible to add 1 single bed in a bedroom), and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is situated next to the pool.
Exterior:
The outdoor of the house is ideal to sit and enjoy a good book, a good drink or to simply relax. There is a well-kept garden with a 200m² lawn, a swimming pool with sunbeds and a terrace.
Please note:
Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
1 baby cot and 1 baby chair are included in the rental price. A second baby cot and a second baby chair both come with a fee.
