we noticed that the plancha was very dirty when we arrived. The cleaning was done by the campsite within 24 hours. On the other hand, there was a fiber failure for 7 days, so my 4G package on my phone was lost! The wifi connection was a major factor in my choice of locasun. I hope that in view of my customer account with you that locasun will compensate me for this major anomaly.
