The house is situated romantic in the middle of the beautiful Majorcan countryside.
This cozy two-storey villa with a size of 200 m2 counts with 4 bedrooms; it is ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, one of them has a double bed and the other one has two single beds. Both count with wardrobe and electric radiators and views to the garden. Downstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. One of them is fitted with two single beds; the other one counts with a double bed. Inside the house there are two bathrooms, the one upstairs has shower cabin and bath tub and the one downstairs has a shower. Outside there is an extra bathroom with shower. There is not air conditioning but we are pleased to supply fans if you wish so.
You note the welcoming atmosphere in every room. Sit down and relax; the light filled living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, surfing on the internet (WIFI), watch television (Satellite TV) or a film with the DVD player. There is a chimney for cold winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped. The adjoining dining area with its spacious table is the right place to have a pleasant meal with your friends and family. Of course there is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board. There are enough parking spaces for up to 2 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered.
The exteriors are beautiful: step outside on the spacious terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax on the garden area. The terrace with a size of 30 m2 is furnished with a marble table, seats for up to 6 persons. The lawn area measures more than 90 m2 and invites you to bask in the sun on one of the 8 sun loungers. The private chlorine pool has a size of 2.8 meters x 10 meters.
The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will everything you need in the village; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well.
In only 15 minutes driving by car you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
