This is a 2-storey building with only 4 apartments. This beautiful apartment in Playas de Muro offers you the comfort that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
The apartment in 80 m2 and it’s ideal for couples with children. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other two have two single beds each bedroom. The bathroom has a hydro-massage shower!
The apartment is on the first floor, without lift. Enjoy a pleasant breakfast or dinner on the 15 m2 terrace, where there are table and chairs for 8 people. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can sit down and just relax with a glass of wine. A good place to enjoy a good book, watch TV or have a little siesta. There is air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: microwave, dish washer, electrical oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find as well a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please, mind that pets are not allowed.
At the apartment there is a staircase that takes you to a big terrace with sun beds.
The apartment is located in a quiet area but you are still close to the main facilities. Therefore, you will be able to walk to the beach, pharmacy, shops, taxi rank, bus stop, surgery, bars and restaurants. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. The sandy beach it’s just 150 meters walk from the apartment. The beach is perfect to go with babies and children due to its shallow waters, which allow the children to swim and play safely with the waves.
In Puerto de Alcudia, 2.5 km away, you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. It’s full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. This area is full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets.
From Playas de Muro, it’s very easy to get to many beaches that are worth to visit: Cap de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the center of town becomes crowded and lively. Don’t forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre.
