TORRE - FIRST FLOOR (with access from an external stairway): spacious panoramic living-room with fireplace; 1 bathroom with WC and washbasin.
TORRE- SECOND FLOOR: 1 large double bedroom with air conditioning, 1 bathroom with shower, panoramic sun terrace with view of the sea and the Amalfi Coast.
LONGANESI (dependance near the Tower): 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
CASA DELLE FRAGOLE: 1 double bedroom; 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, panoramic terrace with sea view.
CANONICA (dependance near the pool area):1 suite with double bedroom and bathroom with shower; 1 single bedroom. Spacious living-room and terrace with sea view.Domestic staff available for 8 hours a day, with preparation of breakfast (Buffet from 8.30 – 10.30 a.m.), Lunch Family Buffet ( 12.30 - 2.00 pm), Supper Family Buffet (from 7.30 – 9.00 p.m.). Waiter service available at an additional cost of 60 Euros per meal.
An ancient lookout tower set inside an extensive property known as "La Badia" which descends through a landscape of dense Mediterranean vegetation, lemon trellises and glimpses of coastline, as far as the sheer sea cliff upon which the ancient tower stands. The tower, which has been recently renovated whilst respecting the original architecture features, is tastefully furnished with valuable antique and modern pieces which enhance the beauty of the building. The property comprises the tower itself and four independent houses located nearby, a small hamlet with the swimming pool area as its centre, enclosed by the cliff coastline rising above the sea and the gardens filled with age-old trees, a series of panoramic terraces with views of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. Two ancient bathtubs linked by a charming stairway give the swimming pool an original and hardly forgettable shape. A private path leads down to the sea, where you can reach the rocky waterfront and bathe in the crystal-clear water. The property has a dishwasher, washing machine, wide-band Internet connection, barbecue, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, telephone for local calls, TV, stereo with CD player, safe deposit-box, parking for three cars.
Within the large estate is another completely independent property on our site:"La Limonaia di Maiori", which has its own individual characteristics; it is possible to book the entire property which can lodge up to 25 people. Access to the Torre Saracena is by a narrow tarred road which can be negotiated by the two small cars provided by the estate. Maiori, with all essential services, is 3 km. away.Additional change of bed and bathroom linen: 10 Euro per person.
Laundry service (Mondays and Wednesdays) at a unit price per garment.
Overtime rates for domestic staff: 20 Euro per hour.
Deposit of €500.00 for the purchase of food. If the sum runs out, it will have to be integrated directly on location upon presentation of the shop receipts.
