Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Cumbre del Sol (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on one floor.
INTERNAL: The UPPER FLOOR is closed during the rental and uninhabited. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living / dining room with TV Sat / TDT and access to the covered terrace and the pool. An open kitchen with ceramic hob. A laundry room with washing machine. A large bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan, bathroom with Italian shower and access to the covered terrace. One bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan with access to a shared bathroom with bath (This bathroom is located between 2 bedrooms and has a separate entrance from each bedroom). One bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and access to shared bathroom.
EXTERNAL: It features a pleasant outdoor area where you can enjoy the 7x4 kidney-shaped pool and roman steps. Lots of space for sunbathing in the sun loungers and for preparing meals outdoor with the nice barbecue. On the same property there is parking for one vehicle.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a beautiful urbanization close to everything, the city center of Moraira is 3.9 km, the sandy beach 2.7 km and the nearest supermarket only 900 m.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Groups of teenagers are not allowed. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.

Very pleasant and beautifully located house! Very beautiful terrace that offers a splendid view of the valley and the sea from the pool. The area is very quiet...ideal for rest. For the equipment the big downside...air conditioning and ventilation! Indeed, even if we are high up and the wind blows, in the evening it is hot in the house and when the wind goes away....it is really very hot. The lack of natural ventilation or vmc, makes the house smell stuffy even in the cupboards of dishes and bedrooms. Anyway, it remains a very good address and I recommend it to everyone.
