Beautiful country estate, situated on the side of a hill, which is part of a farm on the hills between Florence and Siena and faces the valley below covered with woods and at the bottom of which (at about 400 meters) passes the Florence - Siena highway. The area has all the characteristics that have made it famous throughout the world: the Chianti countryside, the gentle hillsides covered with vineyards that allow the production of a famous wine, interspersed with small woods and olive groves. The geographical position allows to reach Florence and Siena very quickly and easily, but also San Gimignano with its towers, which is only a few kilometers away. The complex is composed of a farmhouse with two apartments (PAOLO and NOCE) and a second building in which there is another apartment (LA BUCA). The guests have at their disposal a shared swimming pool (10,80 x 5,40 prof. 1,20) (01/05-30/09) at 100 m from the apartments LA NOCE and PAOLO and at 1 km from the apartment LA BUCA. Access to the property by 1,5 km of dirt road. Centralized heating. Simple but complete furnishings. Possibility on request of midweek linen and domestic help. ATTENTION: small animals are accepted against a payment of 100 Euro /animal.
ACCOMMODATION: (75 m2) Ground floor: entrance through a characteristic courtyard, living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) and access to the garden. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower.
DISTANCES: Poggibonsi at 5 km (all kinds of stores), San Gimignano at 17 km, Siena at 36 km, Volterra at 41 km, Florence at 45 km.
