Villa Eu Rafalet Petit is situated in the tranquil mallorquin countryside, located in a very quiet and private area of Pollensa, 10 minutes by car from the shops, bars and restaurants of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. This spacious house is spread out over two floors. There is a large living room, with TV and DVD player, a dining room and kitchen. From the living room there is direct access out to the covered terrace, BBQ and pool area complete with sunbeds. The pine fitted kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and gas hob with electric oven. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed which has a sunny terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds and these two bedrooms share a complete bathroom. Outside is a large grassed area which is ideal for children to play. Altogether a wonderfully relaxing place to stay, taking in the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Airconditioning in bedrooms only.
