Quality apartment for an economic rental standing in a town residence close to the centre and the beautiful beaches of Tarragona.
Bright for being on the fifth floor of the residence (elevator), it offers, from its terrace, a nice clear view onto a vast wooded park down the residence.
The apartment is big, counts with three bedrooms including one double in suite with a private bathroom with bathtub, and two others with a single bed in each (and an additional bed for a little child), as well as a second bathroom with bathtub.
The living room, the double bedroom as well as the kitchen open up, thanks to picture windows, to a beautiful covered furnished terrace (table and chairs) to enjoy your meal or to have rest during beautiful summer days.
Comfortably equipped, the property offers an independent kitchen with household appliances, much storage, a satellite with international channels, a Wifi Internet connection included and a private parking spot in the residence it let at your disposal for free.
As an optional service, you can get the linen for 15 € per person, to be confirmed before arrival.
The residence, although it stands in the town centre, has the advantage of being set up just in front of a pretty wooded public park, ideal for long walks on summer nights.
This is a family residence with all kinds of facilities close by, standing near the historical centre of Tarragona, cultural town in the plain sense of the world, Unesco patrimony with its Roman ruins, old centre with paved little streets, museums, many quality restaurants, as well as its port, very nicely fitted out.
About 2 kms from there, down the old town centre, you'll find the beautiful fine sand beach of “Playa del Miracle”, less than 3 Kms, the pretty Playa de l'Arrabassada with its maritime promenade, +/- 5 Kms, stands the famous Playa LLarga, a golden fine sand beach with its clear water and smooth slope. Tarragon's beaches are famed for their beauty, they are appointed with showers and watched points and several water activities are available as well as good restaurants or beach bars to taste a delicious paella in front of the sea.
Around+/- 550 metres from the residence, the pleasant centre of Tarragona with the “Ramblas” going up and down along a shopping avenue and finishing with the “Balcón del Mediterraneo” which overlooks at the sea with a panoramic view to the Roman amphitheatre facing the beach.
Tarragona has a complete public transport with shuttles and even a little train riding all through town.
A shopping centre, “Park Central”, with many shops, restaurants, bars, games room, cinemas, etc …, stands about 160 meters only in front of the residence.
We recommend you to visit the closeby seaside resorts which stand less than 10 kms from the residence : La Mora (Tarragona) with its incredible creeks such as Tamarit, Salou with the famous Port Aventura theme park, La Pineda and the Aquopolis water park, and Cambrils with its typical little fishing port and many restaurants, about 19 kms from there.

Spacious and comfortable apartment ( 2 bathrooms) but kitchen utensils in poor condition (stoves) and lack of cutlery... Moreover we would have liked to have a vacuum cleaner to do the cleaning more efficiently than with a broom. Moreover, due to the high temperatures and the high noise of the surrounding streets, it seems essential to us to install air conditioning in the apartment.
