Very beautiful apartment on the beach front with panoramic view onto Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, and its famous Jaume I maritime promenade, close to all facilities.
This apartment, bright and very well maintained, is comfortably laid out and functional.
It counts with a double bedroom with two single beds and a large storage closet, two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the second one with a shower cabin, a well equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cooktop, integrated microwave, many storage cupboards and a large work surface, as well as a laundry store room with the washing-machine and cleaning tools.
There also is a pretty living room with a comfortable sofa-bed (for one adult only or for two children), a flat screen television as well as a big storage closet and a dining area with a glass table and chairs, just before the wide picture window which allows to walk out to the pretty fitted out terrace (table, chairs and sun blind) from where you have an amazing panoramic view onto Salou's Playa Llevant and long Jaume I maritime promenade with its fountains and palm-trees.
Completely equipped and very comfortable, this apartment makes available to you quality furnishing, complete household appliances, parquet floor, a cared and detailled decoration, and includes the integrated air conditioning in all the apartment as well as a Wifi Internet connection and the complete linen with bed sheets and shower towels.
You can also rent a private parking spot in the subterranean parking lot of the residence, available as an optional service.
It stands on the sixth floor (elevator) of a pleasant family residence, ideally located, just before Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, with its beach huts, children playgrounds for the youngest ones, water activities for all your family, showers, lifeguards, etc … and the famous Jaume I maritime promenade with palm-trees, light colorful fountains, shops, restaurants, etc...
All kinds of facilities and activities are within reach, just as the other sand beaches in Salou, Playa Pillons which is a few metres from the residence too, and, a few minutes walk from there and accessible by the sea front footbridge, Playa Capellans (600 metres), Cala Llenguadets and Playa Llarga, about 1 km from there.
Around the residence, friendly and quiet, you’ll find all kinds of amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, cafes, chill-out bars, many services and activities of all kind.
The famous Port Aventura / ferrari Land theme park also stands a few minutes from the residence and you can go by car, by bus (bus stops really close to the residence), with the little tourist train, or even walking.
Catalonia applies a holiday tax, to be paid on check in: 1 Euro per day and per person aged more than 16, yet limited to 7 days.

Salou is an extended tourist city which was developped around an amazing bay with its 8 fine sand beaches and creeks, connected to one another by a fitted out pedestrian footbridge and two beautiful maritime promenades, lined with Mediterranean pine trees, palm trees and fountains, and counts with different areas:
- The most animated area where you'll find music bars and nightclubs “el centro turístico”, at the end of the bay, after Salou's Llevant district.
- The urban centre, “el pueblo” in Salou's Ponent district facing the sailing port, along both Jaume I and Miramar maritime promenades, where most people live all year long.
- the quieter district of “Cap Salou”, on Salou's ledge, in a more natural frame and environment, with pinars and creeks which are connected to Salou thanks to a beautiful pedestrian path “El Cami de Ronda” going all along the sea.
10 minutes from Salou, you'll find the beautiful cities of Tarragona and Reus, nice to discover for their architecture and numerous shopping streets, as well as the seaside resort of La Pineda with its Aquopolis water park and the seaside resort of Cambrils with its pretty fishing and sailing port.
